Scum

I just rang my parents and apparently our neighbours stole a sign off our property. My mum was woken at 4am by our dog barking and went to investigate. She could hear tin rattling and voices, eventually she realised what they were doing and called the police. The police questioned these idiots but they denied everything so no charges were laid.
